As designers, there is a huge concern when going out on your own that you will not be able to find market share to not only survive, but grow. Throw in a dire economy and it becomes very easy to stay warm and comfy in your safe job.

There is so much talent out there from those fresh out of uni with skills in new programs that didn’t even exist when we were there to the most senior designers working in international agencies whose work makes you go “argh I’ll never be able to make that.”

After stumbling across this quote thanks to @m.b.i.r.d we decided to change our mindset and move forward knowing that we have clients who love our work, love how we work and success is different for everyone.
