ABOUT

Delilah is Peregian Beach’s newest wood-fired pizza joint. With a bold fit-out and a curated menu of sourdough wood-fired pizzas, natural wines, cocktails and snacks, the venue deserved a brand identity that could match its attitude and charm.

The team behind El Capitano brought us on board to help shape a new concept—something a little cheeky, a little nostalgic, and entirely its own. Inspired by Aussie milk bars, mid-century colour palettes, and a desire to make wood-fired pizza feel fresh again, we developed a full brand identity from the ground up.

Delilah is designed to spark a feeling. She’s loud, warm, and a little playful. The kind of place you stumble across and immediately want to tell your friends about.

NOSTALGIC
Look and Feel

We crafted a bold wordmark and supporting icon set, teamed it with hand-drawn illustrations and textures, and rolled it out across menus, signage, merch, and packaging. We designed every detail to feel considered—from menus to the crew tees that customers now ask to buy.

The brand extends across all touchpoints, including a custom website designed to showcase the menu and mood. We continue to work on ongoing video and social content for the venue, highlighting the craft behind the scenes and the vibrant energy of the space.

A huge part of the project was developing Delilah’s tone of voice—playful, confident and a little nostalgic. The brand character lives in every interaction, from pizza boxes to punchy social captions that always begin with “Hey there, Delilah…”. We coined internal themes like “Dial Her” (a tongue-in-cheek nod to takeaway orders), helping the team create content that feels unified, intentional and fun.
